Why is the red one cheaper?
The Standard Red is our signature horse poop scooper colour and our most popular option. All other colours are made to order, so they cost more to produce. Some customers want their Paddock Blade to match their farm equipment or even their wellys. All Paddock Blades do the same job. Your choice of colour is entirely up to you!
How do you empty it?
The Paddock Blade has six handles around the side and rear, and a bar at the front to make emptying quick and easy.
Once you have done your paddock cleaning and filled it up to the desired level, simply tow your Paddock Blade over to your poo pile, unhitch it and lift and tip it from the back, side or front to raise and tilt.
Alternatively, you can keep a shovel, rake or brush at your poo pile to empty the contents in a few seconds. Whatever method you choose it will save you hours of time and effort every single week.

Your horses will be happier and healthier as they’ll have a cleaner environment. It’s also a fun machine to use and work with! The Paddock Blade will alleviate all those aches and pains caused by the arduous backbreaking task of using a rake and wheelbarrow. Long-term, it can help prevent repetitive strain injuries on your back, neck, shoulders and arms.
What are the limitations?
We take immense pride in offering you a product that performs as promised. Our commitment to quality design and engineering has produced a product that can be used on 95% of terrain, requires zero maintenance and will last you a minimum of 10 years. However, like any product, it does have its limitations and we are always open and honest about these. The Paddock Blade won’t perform well on sand arenas or menages. It also shouldn’t be used immediately after rain. Let the ground dry first for best results.
Are there any others uses?
In tow mode, your Paddock Blade will efficiently collect manure, rocks, sticks, leaves and other organic debris. Some of our customers use their Paddock Blade entirely for clearing rocks and tidying up their property. In trailer mode, your Paddock Blade can also be used to carry heavy loads, up to 500kg. Bales, bowsers and any other heavy items that you can think of (up to half a tonne in weight) can be moved easily by Paddock Blade.
